A real-life example of savings
As an experiment we asked 16 experienced bartenders from different bars to free pour 2 drinks;
- In the first drink we asked them to pour the measure they normally serve to their customers
- In the second drink we asked them to try and accurately free pour 2 cl. of alcohol
We then measured the alcohol in both drinks and calculated the average amount of centilitres poured between all 16 bartenders.
- In the first drink the bartenders served on an average 3,7 cl. to their customers
- The second case showed that the bartenders on an average poured 3,1 cl. when they thought they had poured 2 cl.
Based on this we can give a real life example to show you how much money can be saved, from just one bottle by using the DC-707 Liquor Control System.
If you serve drinks with 3 cl of alcohol, you will get 23 drinks out of one 70 cl bottle.
If you serve drinks with 2 cl of alcohol, you will get 35 drinks out of one 70 cl bottle.
For example, if the price of your drink is 4.00€.
With a 3 cl measure you will take 92.00€ from one bottle.
With a 2 cl measure you will take 140.00€ from one bottle.
This means a saving of 78.00€ per bottle!!
And here is some more shocking facts: If you sell 200 bottles of this alcohol in one season the saving will be a staggering 15,600.00€ for just that one type of alcohol. And how many different bottles do you have in your bar? Need we say any more…
